Fat Reduction
What is localised fat?
Many people have localised areas of persistent fat which are difficult to remove even with exercise or dieting. These are usually the abdomen, flanks (“love handles”), “double chin”, upper arms and thighs.
How to remove localised fat?
Traditional methods of fat removal include liposuction and surgery like abdominoplasty (“tummy tuck”). These are effective but are invasive and involve significant downtime and healing.
Recent advancements in medicine have introduced safe, non invasive methods of removing localised fat using cold (cryolipolysis) or heat (radiofrequency) to destroy fat cells in a controlled manner.
What is TruSculpt® ID?
TruSculpt® ID is a non invasive process of inducing localised fat loss by using innovative monopolar radiofrequency technology to selectively target and heat fat cells. Fat cells are eliminated by passing through the body naturally.
Using applicators, multiple areas can be treated in a 15-minute session.
Post procedure, the treatment area will be warm and there may be mild sensitivity to touch for a few days. One may immediately return to normal activities and exercise.
The results may vary between individuals and the treatment is best combined with an appropriate diet and exercise plan.
